Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Single rooted teeth with single canal and pulp necrosis 2.Primary endodontic infection 3.Radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis verified with CBCT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth which are diagnosed with periodontal problems and with periodontal pocket of more than 4mm 2.Teeth which were previously treated with root canal procedure 3.Patient who received antibiotic in past 3 months and 4.Teeth which cannot be isolated by rubber dam
