Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age - between 35 to 65 years 2.Sex - both male and female 3.Patient having the symptoms of knee joint pain , stiffness, tenderness, crepitation, and restricted movement of knee joint. 4.Patient who are willing to give blood samples for laboratory investigation. 5.Patient who are willing to participate in the study and who are willing to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age - below 30 years and above 65 years 2.History of trauma and fracture, ligament injury 3.Other types of arthritis 4.Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension 5.Pregnancy women and lactating mothers 6.Benign and malignant neoplasms 7.Patient with any other autoimmune disease 8.Patient who are having the skin disease
