Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male bowlers (Fast bowlers) 2. Players experience minimum 2-3years 3. Duration of practice 2-3hrs/day 4. Club level players

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects unwilling to participate 2. Spin bowlers 3. Any recent shoulder injury 4. Individual undergone any recent surgery, fracture 5. Any cardiovascular condition that may hamper the performance 6.Any Neurological and psychological problems 7.Players with any other musculoskeletal problems
