Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: i. Women in the age group between 40 years to 50 years. ii. Women who have variable cycle length more than 7 days from normal menstrual cycle. iii. Women with more than or equal to 2 skipped menstrual cycles and an interval of amenorrhea more than 60 days iv. Women who have amenorrhea for 12 consecutive months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Women with surgical menopause ii. Women on treatment for hormonal imbalance iii. Women with cardiovascular and psychiatric disorders and on treatment. iv. Women who are practicing yoga and meditation daily.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the primary parameters are biopsychosocial problems and subjective well being amongperimenopausal women before and after the implementation of healthpromotion strategies.Timepoint: at baseline, 4 weeks,8weeks and 12weeks after interventions.
