Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing AVF creation in Department of Urology, AIIMS Jodhpur

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete palmar arch (Allenâ??s test negative) Previously Failed artery-venous fistula at wrist Severe calcification or atherosclerosis in artery Un-correctable coagulopathy Unwilling to participate Radial artery diameter Cephalic vein diameter of Cephalic vein length
