Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study population 18-60 years age group ASA grade 1;2 Surgical duration more than 2 hrs PaO2 <60 mmHg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post operative patients who did not recieve HFNC after extubation.
