Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus for a minimum period of 1 year 2. On insulin 3. Without any microvascular complications 4. Current age 10 to 19 years 5. HbA1c greater than 7% 6. Subjects willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those diagnosed with eating disorders and adolescents with type 2 diabetes
