Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having sign and symptom of Vatarakta on the basis Ayurvedic Samhitas. 2. Patients 30-70yr of age irrespective of sex, religion and socio- economical status will be included. 3. Patients willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient of Ubhayaashrita vatarakta were excluded. 2. Patient diagnosed with other arthritis like RA, OA, tubercular arthritis . 3. Patient with other metabolic disorder like ,DM ,Hypothyrodism 4. Other systemic disease like RHD ,Renal failure etc. 5. Pregnant /lactating women 6. Any Condition interfering the course of treatment were excluded.
