Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age - 30 to 65 years 2. Sex- Both male and female 3. Patients having symptoms of pain in the lumbar region, radiating pain to both lower limbs, stiffness present in the lumbar region. 4. Exacerbation of pain on movements, pain increased on forward bending, tingling sensation. 5. Patients who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation. 6. Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that he /she will conscientiously strict to the treatment during 48 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age Below 30 above 65 years 2. History of cardiac diseases 3. Hypercholesterolemia 4. pregnant women and lactating mothers 5. Tb spine 6. Dislocation 7. Congenital anomalies 8. Patient with any other serious illness.
