Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Physical status â?? l and ll 2.Patients undergoing functional endoscopic sinus surgery 3. Weight 55-85 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patientâ??s refusal 2. Hypersensitivity to study drugs 3. Patients with recurrent sinus surgery 4. Anemia (hemoglobin concentration 5. patients with coagulopathies 6. systemic hypertension 7. Sinus bradycardia 8.Cardiovascular diseases, Renal diseases, Central nervous system diseases, and Hepatic diseases 9. Novel corona virus positive 10. Known history of substance abuse or alcohol abuse
