Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinically diagnosed patients of acute fissure in ano without sentinel tag and papillae.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic fissure in ano with sentinel tag and anal papillae. Pregnant women. Ulcerative colitis. Syphilis. Tuberculosis. HIV. Hepatitis.

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in pain, per rectal bleeding, constipation, anal spasm and size of ulcer.Timepoint: Baseline will be on day 1 and assessment will be on day 3, day 5, day 7 further follow up after 14 days.
