Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient having one or more following symptoms-Numbness, burning sensation, tingling sensation, pricking pain in palms/soles/upper limb/lower limb. 2.Diagnosed case of Diabetic peripheral neuropathy. 3.patient taking any antidiabetic drug. 4.patient who are able to take medicine orally. 5.patient who are willing to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are suffering from Rheumatic disorder, Vit. B12 deficiency, Alcoholism, and other drug abuse cerebral vascular disease, acute or chronic musculoskeletal disease, parkinsonism and any other nerve degenerative disorder ,Leprosy, STD S,HIV-AIDS and other immune compromised condition. 2.Any co-morbid condition and acute episode of any disease(epilepsy etc). 3.Pregnant female and lactating mothers . 4.Paraneoplastic disorder and any other SOL causing nerve dysfunction . 5.Patient who are not willing to sign the consent form. 6. Patient who are already registered in any other research project.
