Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 18-40 years. 2. Neck pain continued for at least more than 5 weeks. 3. Patients whose visual analogue scale is 5 or higher. 4. Medically diagnosed cases of Mechanical neck pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical radiculopathy. 2. Neck pain associated with vertigo. 3. Diagnosed psychological disorders. 4. Vertebral fractures. 5. Tumors. 6. Traumatic neck pain. 7. Cervical spondylosis. 8. Pregnant ladies.
