Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Patients aged between 18 to 60 years of age posted for elective perianal surgeries in Dr B R Ambedkar Medical College and Hospital, Bangalore b)Both genders c) ASA grade I and II patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Patients who are not willing to give consent for spinal anaesthesia and to participate in the study. b) Patients who has H/o coagulation and bleeding disorders. c) Local site infections. d) H/o hypersensitivity to study drugs.
