Intervention1: LMA PROTECTOR: LMA PROTECTOR of appropriate size will be inserted into the patients mouth after giving appropriate general anaesthesia and the oropharyngeal leak pressure will be noted

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA Grade I amd II with Normal Airway, body weight between 30- 70kgs with BMI Of 30kg/m2 or less
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mallampatti grade of 3 amd more jaw abnormalities mouth opening of less than 3 fingers limited neck movement (less than 90 degrees range of motion) any cervical spine pathology long surgeries (more than 4 hours) high risk of aspiration preoperative sore throat or upper respiratory infection
