Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who are diagnosed with IBS according to standard Rome 4 criteria patient having pratyatma lakshana of grahani roga patients who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronicity for more than 5years patients with cardiovascular diseases, DM, Psychological disorders, deranged liver functions, bleeding per rectum, alcoholic and drug abuser, pregnant and lactating women.
