Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ïâ??â?? Working Professionals with 6- 8 hours sitting job. ïâ??â?? Participants will be selected from India. ïâ??â?? Participants with daytime jobs. ïâ??â?? Both male and female participants will be selected. ïâ??â?? Participants with ages ranging from 20 years to 60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ïâ??â?? Those having serious physical and mental ailments and any chronic illness. ïâ??â?? If a person is on medication ïâ??â?? Pregnant women. ïâ??â?? Those who will leave during the intervention. ïâ??â?? Professionals with less than 6 hours of sitting job will be excluded. ïâ??â?? Those who are actively involved in any sports or exercises.
