Inclusion criteria: Subjects who can read and write in Kannada. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study. Those participants willing to give informed consent. Subjects residing in Udupi district. Subjects who are current betel quid consumers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are not willing to give informed consent. Subjects who are illiterate.
