Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age ââ?¬â?? 18ââ?¬â?? 60 years, irrespective of sex, religion, caste. 2. The patient who will agree to follow the study protocol of the informed consent letter. 3. Patients with total serum IgE level between 150 UI/ml & 1000UI /ml. 4. The patient having the following signs & symptoms i. Varati damshta samsthana shotha (inflammation like an insect bite) ii. Kandu (severe itching) iii. Toda (prickling pain) iv. Vidaha (burning sensation) v. Sotsang saraga mandala (red patches)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having other dermatoses on face, hands, and feet e.g acne, melasma , hirsutism, vitiligo, post inflammatory hyper & hypopigmentation assessed by history & clinical examination. 2. Patient with total serum IgE level > 1000 UI/ml. 3. Angioedema. 4. Patient with Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis, Hypertension, Cardiovascular Disorder. 5. Patient below 18 year & above 60 year. 6. Pregnant women, lactating mother.

MeasureTime frame
The expected primary end point is that the Arjuna [Terminalia arjuna (Roxb)] Twak churna is effective in management of Udarda (Urticaria). On basis of subjective and objective parameters as below: 1. Classical sign and symptoms of disease as per Ayurveda and modern. 2. Laboratory investigation. � Complete Blood Count (CBC) � ESR � IgE 3) Urticaria Activity Score (UAS 7) Timepoint: 84 days

The expected secondary end point is that the Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna (Roxb.) Twak churna is a safe drug in management of Udarda (Urticaria). On basis of subjective and objective parameters. Timepoint: 84 days
