Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patient undergoing lower abdomen surgeries under spinal anesthesia 2.patient who give written informed consent in vernacular langauge 3. Patiet belonging to american society of anesthesiologist 1 and 2 4.weight 40 to 80 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient on antihypertensive drugs 2 very obese and pregnancy 3. Patients whom inferior vena cava could not be assessed
