Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age - 30 to 60 years 2. Sex - both male and female 3. Patient having symptoms of pain in lumbar region, radiating pain to buttocks and Lower limbs, stiffness present in lumbar region, exacerbation of pain on movements, tingling sensation present. 4. patient who are willing to give radiological investigation and provide blood for lab investigation. 5. Patient willing to sign the informed consent stating that he/she conscientiously strict to the treatment during 48 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiac disease 2. Autoimmune disease like RA, SLE, Psoriasis. 3. Pregnancy women and lactating mothers 4. Osteomyelitis 5. Dislocation and tuberculosis of spine 6. Patient with any other serious illness and other systemic illness.
