Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having less than one year experience in intensive care and who completed nursing not more than two years back. 2. Subjects who haven’t taken any special training regarding bundle care approach on ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects who havenot consented
