Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 65 years ASA I and II patients, The patient requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation in DSA room

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal for consent, Extremes of age [ 65 years], Known cases of difficult intubation, Requirement for emergency intubation, BMI >35, Trauma, Pregnancy, Severely raised ICP, Cervical spine disease, Patients where CP will be released to facilitate intubation Patients at risk of aspiration
