Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years admitted in main ICU, PGIMER

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated ICU stay less than 24 h 2. General anesthesia, alcohol or drug overdose within 24h prior to ICU admission 3. Patients administered paralytic agents during ICU stay or with mechanically restrained limbs 4. Pre existing sleep disorders 5. Opioid or benzodiazepine habituated patients
