Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient presenting with clinical symptoms of primary hypothyroism

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnant women patient under any chronic medication case with established complications of thyroid disease patient under any other systemic illness age below 10 years and above 60 years

tsh level will be used for the effect of homoeopathy medicine on hypothyroidism and it will be evaluated every 3 to 6 months of intervalTimepoint: tsh level will be checked at every 3 to 6 months of interval to study the effect of homoeopathy medicine on hypothyroidism will be evaluated for 1 to 2 years
