: AIRWAY ULTRASOUND PROCEDURE :
Sonosite ultrasound machine with a linear transducer (613 MHz) will be used .
Three people from pediatric intensive car
e presence or absence of double trachea sign (T1)
Time taken from insertion of laryngoscope till detection on capnography (seconds) (T2) I

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate Penetrating injury to Neck Upper airway anomalies Burns involving face, neck, chest Retropharyngeal Abscess Necrotising Fasciitis of neck Children presenting to ER with cardiac arrest
