Intervention1: Yavadi Mantha: Yavadi Mantha 80 ml orally with Madhu once a day after meal for 30 days. Control Intervention1: Tab.Ferrous Ascorbate Tab.folic acid: 5mg OD at morning for 30 days

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Pre Diagnosed patients of Pandu Vyadhi having Hb% between 7gm% to 10gm% and without complications. 2)Subjects between age group 18-40 years irrespective of sex, religion, socio economic status is selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital anaemia likes Thalessemia, Sickle cellanaemia,Leukemia, Aplastic anaemia. 2. Subjects having Pandu Vyadhi due to other systemic disorders / infections. 3. Mrittikabhakshanjyana Pandu. 4. Internal bleeding, Haemorrhoids. 5. Pandu due to menorrhagia and other heavy menstrual disorders. 6. Pregnancy and lactacting mothers.

1) To study the effect of Yavadi Mantha in Pandu Vyadhi as nutritional supplement with Ferrous ascorbate and Folic acid on Nutritional Anaemia. 2) To study the effect of Ferrous ascorbate and Folic acid in Pandu Vyadhi on Nutritional Anaemia. 3) To compare the effect of Yavadi Mantha with Ferrous ascorbate and Folic acid with that of only ferrous ascorbate and folic acid in Pandu Vyadhi.Timepoint: 1 year
