Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Students of 19-29 age group and both the sexes. 2 Patients suffering from chronic tension type headache according to ICHD, International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd edition (ICHD-3rd beta Edition). 3 Who have agreed to give consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects suffering from other primary headaches like cluster headaches, etc. 2 Students of age below 19 and above 29 years. 3 Subjects who do not cover up at-least three month follow up. 4 Suffering from other systemic disorder, mental or physical. 5 Those who are using psychotropic drugs or other medication for chronic ailments, mental or physical.
