Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18â??80-year-old Patients presenting for EUS evaluation of solid pancreatic lesions. Accidentally discovered solid pancreatic lesions during EUS examination for any other cause A solid pancreatic lesion with inconclusive CT or MRI findings between 18 and 80-year-old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age under 18 years and more than 80 years Lesions History of previous gastrectomy or any other gastric surgery Inability or refusal to provide informed consent. Uncorrected Coagulopathy Patients with cystic pancreatic lesions Critically ill patients
