Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age Between 20 years to 65 years 2.Sex Both male and female 3.Pain in the nape of the neck With or without numbness and pain in the upper limb 4.Neck stiffness and giddiness 5.Patient who are willing for admission and stay in IPD or willing to attend OPD 6.Patient willing to sign Informed consent document

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of Trauma of neck/ neck surgery 2.Neoplasm or tuberculosis in spine 3.severe osteoporosis of cervical spine 4.congenital anomalies of spine 5.Ankylosing spondylosis 6.Cervical rib 7.Patient with any other serious systemic illness
