Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are ready to sign informed consent voluntarily. 2. Age group: 18 â?? 65 years. 3. Spasticity grade according to MAS : 1 , 1+ 4. Males and females 5. Hemorrhagic /Ischemic stroke 6. First-ever intracerebral hemorrhage or ischemic stroke, confirmed by either computed tomography (CT) or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI);that had occurred at least 3 months before inclusion 7.Ability to communicate and follow instructions.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with psychological and cognitive-behavioral illness and are not able to understand and co-operate for the study. • Cognitive impairment (MMSE(Mini Mental State Examination) 1. Stroke patients who have auditory &/or visual or perceptual deficits. 2.Patient suffered from other central/ peripheral neurologic diseases, such as brain tumor or Parkinsonâ??s disease, which could influence their motor control before or during recruitment.
