Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 30 years and above, capable of effective oral communication and availability to participate in assigned counselling

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who lived in the area 2. Those who are pregnant 3. Those with severe illness or diseases that need special care like malignancy, heart failure, kidney disease, etc 4. Those who are bedridden/ have psychiatric illness
