Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 The children who diagnose with pneumonia without any ventilatory device 2 Those parents who were willingly agree for the treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hemodynamic instability 2 Severe Respiratory Distress or Heart Failure 3 Child is on Mechanical Ventilators 4 Congenital Heart Diseases 5 Bone Fragility or Rib Fractures 6 Critically ill and Unstable Children
