Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A.Women who had attained menopause at least 4 years back and have memory complaints with MMSE score less than 24. B. Informed consent from the patient showing her willingness to participate in study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who have reduced cognitive function as a result of trauma, surgery and due to any organic lesion 2.Patient not willing to sign informed consent. 3.Patient suffering from delusion or any other psychiatric disorders.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement (at least 2 points)in the score of MMSE.Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed at base line,4 weeks and 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Improvement in quality of manas bhava. For it positive and negative emotions will be assessed on basis of already validated quesstionnaire.Timepoint: It will be assessed at baseline, 4 weeks and 8 weeks.
