Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All kinds of cardiac surgery requiring median sternotomy. Sternotomy Closure done by single stainless steel wires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Long-term medications corticosteroids, anticonvulsants and chemotherapy. Diagnosed cases of Osteoporosis, Carcinoma. Diabetes.
