Inclusion criteria: 1 All known patients of congestive cardiac failure with BNP value more than 400ng/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant woman 2 Pediatric age group 3 Renal failure 4 Liver cirrohsis 5 Cancer Sepsis
