Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases suffering from Fibromyalgia Syndrome satisfying 2016 Revised Fibromyalgia Diagnostic Criteria. Ability and willingness to give consent and comply with study. Patients of age group 18 â?? 65 years. Patients of all gender and religion will be considered. Person not taking any other medicines either Homoeopathic or other form for last 3 months for same suffering

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Co-morbid conditions like spinal injuries, inflammatory rheumatic diseases, uncontrolled endocrine disorders and other uncontrolled or life- threatening illness affecting quality of life or any organ failure. Diagnosed psychological, personality and neurological disorders such as dementia, Alzheimerâ??s disease, parkinsonism. Any unexplained weight changes and Fever Pregnancy and lactating ladies. Self-reported immune-compromised state Undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any chronic disease within last 2 weeks. Chronic alcoholism and any substance abuse.

Improvement in terms of severity will be assessed by Multi- Dimensional Health Assessment Questionnaire (MDHAQ) Timepoint: Each patient will get follow-up for at least 3 months at the interval of 1 month

Assessment of Quality of life by EQ-5D-5LTimepoint: Each patient will get follow-up for at least 3 months at the interval of 1 month
