Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Has traumatic Spinal Cord Injury with spastic overactive bladder. 2. The duration of injury will be more than 6 months. 3. Individuals, who are willing to participate, give consent form and able to follow commands. 4. Both Males and Females. 5. Individuals of the Age Group (20-50 Years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individual with non-traumatic spinal cord injury with hyporeflexia or areflexia bladder. 2. Individual with coexisting cauda equina with flaccid bladder. 3. Any of Gastro-intestinal dysfunction or kidney dysfunction. 4. Individual with any brain injury, degenerative disease, stroke. 5. Individuals with metal implants close to rTMS which are contraindicated. 6. Individuals developed Psychosomatic Illness/ Disease. 7. Non-Cooperative Individuals. 8. Any infected wound, pressure sore (Grade 2 or above).
