Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Snehapana, Swedana and shodhanaarhas 2.Healthy volunteers undergoing vasanthavamana camp 3.Apparently healthy volunteers without any illness and not on medications since 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating mothers

MeasureTime frame
To understand the changes in the values of inflammatory biomarkers, ESR and CRP and other blood parameters like Serum electrolytes(sodium,chloride,bicarbonate,calcium), Serum albumin, protein, globulin, Blood sugar/glucose and DLC before and after snehapanaTimepoint: Snehapana will be done for a period of 5-7 days. The blood parameters will be evaluated before snehapana and in the next day of snehapana
