Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1,2,3 patients posted for surgery under general anaesthesia requiring endotracheal intubation Age 18-75 years Either gender Patients willing to consent for the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients less than 18 years of age ASA 4,5 BMI 35kg/m2 Difficult airway Pre-existing hoarsenessor upper respiratory tract infection Coagulopathy Patients using steroids or having history of asthma
