Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant patients coming for elective or emergency LSCS 2. American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes II 3. Age :18â??40 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI > 35 kg/m2 Weight less than 50kg Known allergy to local anaesthetics Coagulopathies Raised intracranial pressure Local infection at site of injection History of heart block, dysrhythmias, neurological diseases Patient refusal
