Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 13 -17 Adolescent who are willing to undergo integrated yoga program Subject who will read and write in English language All genders included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents who have physical impairment or any medical health condition will be excluded.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Integrated yoga module will reduce the screen time among adolescents.Timepoint: Data will be collected before and after the intervention.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess depression and anxiety. To assess adolescents well being, physical wellbeing, quality of life.Timepoint: Data will be collected before and after the intervention.
