Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students of NIA, Jaipur irrespective of their age and sex. 2. Students having stress on perceived stress scale since one month for RCT.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students contraindicated for Ardhapadmasana, Nadi Shodhana Pranayama and Nasikagra Dristi. 2. Students doing exercise or yoga minimum 3 times in a week 3. Any local and severe systemic disease. 4. Pregnancy and lactation. 5. Students taking medication of stress disorder
