Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 12 years 2. All patients presenting to gastro clinic with symptoms of globus sensation, chronic cough, Heartburn,Hoarseness, throat pain, Dysphagia and acid regurgitation for more than 4 weeks were included in the study after informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 2. Patients with Psychiatric illness, Severe systemic Disease 3. Patients Undergoing Endoscopy for bleeding
