Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Molar teeth diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis or pulp necrosis or apical periodontitis. Root canals with initial apical file up to 10K file

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fractured tooth internal and external resorption Root canals with initial apical file of 15 and above
