Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients between 18-65 years undergoing elective surgeries under general anesthesia with muscle relaxation and endotracheal intubation in various surgical specialties

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Respiratory distress in the preoperative period 2. Patients with known facial, cervical, pharyngeal and epiglottic cancer 3. Patients with head and neck trauma 4. Patients who have undergone previous thyroid surgery or tracheostomy 5. Pregnant patients
