Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient of either gender between the age group of 35-70 years of age (both years inclusive) 2) Patients with FBS 125mg/dl to 300 mg/dl and PP2BS 140 mg/dl to 400 mg/dl (both inclusive) 3) Patients with HbA1C levels between 7.0 - 9.5 mg% 4) Known cases of Diabetes Mellitus Type II and on medication showing symptoms of Prameha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients having FBS more than 300mg/dl PP2BS more than 400mg/dl HbA1C more than 9.5mg% 2) Patients showing acute complications and chronic complications likes neuropathy nephropathy retinopathy 3) Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type I 4) Lactating and Pregnant Women 5) Known case of IHD uncontrolled hypertension

Assessment on the symptoms of pramehaTimepoint: Efficacy of treatment will be assessed on the grading of symptoms at baseline and the end of 30 days till 90 days. Assessment of symptoms on Gradation like 0, 1, 2, 3. Symptoms-1) WEAKNESS (Daurbalya) 2) Polyphagia (Kshudha vriddhi) 3)Polydypsia (Pipasa vriddhi) 4)Polyuria with turbidity in urine(Prabhuta Aavila Mutrata) 5)Nocturnal micturition (Nakta Mutrata) 6)Cramps(Pindikodvestana) 7)Excess sweating (swedapravritti) 8)Dyspnoea on exertion (Shwasakastata)
