Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All vaccinated FORTIS healthcare workers infected with COVID-19/ detected with SARS-CoV-2 RNA or antigen/ infected with COVID 19 B.1.1.529/Omicron variant in a respiratory specimen on RT-PCR or rapid antigen testing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Non-Healthcare worker/Non-Fortis Staff member
