Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects between the ages of 25-45 years, of both genders; HbA1c between 5.8-6.4% and Fasting Glucose between “100-125mg/dL ? (5.6-7.0mmol/L)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are practicing any kind of physical exercise and yoga will be excluded; Subjects with Auto-immune disorders, HIV, Cancer, Chronic inflammatory diseases, Coronary artery disease, Psychiatric disorders and Acute Illness will be excluded; Subjects on steroid treatment, ayurvedic medications, Herbal medicines, cholesterol medication, oral contraceptive pills and any medication which increases blood sugar will be excluded; Pregnant women will be excluded.
