Intervention1: PENG Block: receive peri capsular nerve group block around shoulder. The block will given before start of surgery and effect will be assessed for a total of 24 hours.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for elective unilateral arthroscopic shoulder surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who refused to participate in the study. 2. Patients with a history of cardiac, renal, or hepatic disease. 3. Patients with pre-existing neurologic deficits or neuropathy affecting the brachial plexus. 4. Patients with contraindications to peripheral nerve block. 5. Patients with known allergy to local anaesthetic drugs.
